Telehealth Services available at the Conejos Library District
The Office of eHealth Innovation has awarded funds to the Conejos Library District to purchase approved technology equipment in accordance with OeHI’s Connect to Health @Your Library Pilot Grant
Patrons will be able to access live telecommunications between patients and providers through Telemedicine. Remote patient monitoring which uses digital tech to collect data and electronically transmit data to a provider located elsewhere is also available. Patrons will also be able to use Mobile Health, which delivers health care services and personal health data via mobile devices, such as cell phones and tablet computers.
